Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the Board it gives me great pleasure to invite you to the 4th Al Baha International Congress  of  Pediatrics  to be held in Al Baha, KSA on January 11-13, 2011. The conference is organized by the Pediatric department of King Fahad Hospital, Al Baha KSA.    It aims at encouraging research in pediatrics and give chance to pediatricians to exchange knowledge with different international experiences.

The congress is intended to provide several instructional courses with free paper presentations in all the fields of Pediatrics. The faculty will include international guest speakers as well as national Saudi speakers in a scientific program that will be carefully synchronized with the cultural tours and activities in Al Baha.

It will be a distinguished event for Pediatricians from all over the world to meet and exchange knowledge. We have faculty speakers from USA, UK, Italy, Turkey, Egypt, Syria, Jordan and Saudi Arabia.

The congress will also focus on the improvement of diagnostic and therapeutic modalities by encouraging the presentation of basic science research in our fields. The scientific program is accredited by the American Academy of Continuous Medical Education [AACME], European Academy for Medical Specialists and Saudi Council for Medical Specialties.

I hope both the scientific and cultural program will make the congress a memorable event and we also promise you we will make the greatest effort to make this congress the memorable event that you are waiting for.

This is an international annual conference presenting the latest, most insightful and authoritative overview of key developments in pediatrics. On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is my great pleasure to invite you all to attend the 4th Al Baha International Pediatric Congress which will be held from 11-13 Jan., 2011.

The program is both exciting and interesting with many invited expert international faculty.

Following previous conferences this 4th Congress will include Fourteen Symposia covering most of the pediatric fields   such as: Neurology, Cardiology, Neonatology, Emergency & Critical Care, Nephrology, Nutrition, Social and Environmental Pediatrics, Hematology & Oncology, Gastroenterology, Infections, Pulmonology, Allergy & Immunology, Endocrinology, Psychiatry and Free Papers.

In addition, there will be ‘meet the expert’ or Workshops sessions with approaches to diagnosis, latest updates and/or selected case presentations from participants which will allow congress participants to interact one-on-one with selected experts in the fields of  Neonatology, Pediatric Resuscitation, Neurology, Breast Feeding, Mechanical Ventilation, Cardiology.

The program is designed for all pediatricians, trainees, nurses, respiratory therapists, Psychiatrists and nutritionists’. A relaxing social program is arranged to enjoy every moment during your visit to KSA.
